You Mean Fought Like Hell to Pass?

(Click here) Note the stunning tip-toeing around the facts here:
Democratic senators, at a caucus meeting with White House officials, expressed concerns on Thursday about how the Obama administration was carrying out the health care law they adopted three years ago.
Yes, it is factually true. But like so much of the bias in the media, it is the word choice that matters. The Democrats did not just adopt legislation. They wrote it, they campaigned for it, they pushed it through the Congress in a unified effort, and the President signed it into law.
It was not an adoption. It was a legislative fight that they embraced.
Adopted sounds so less significant than what the Democrats did, but now it is blowing up in their faces and the word choice becomes less sharp. In fact, you could read the entire rest of the article and, should you be unaware of what happened, not realize the Democrats actually had pushed as hard as they did to get it passed. Heck, you could be left with the impression that they were just implementing something George Bush had done.
No doubt soon they will be blaming George Bush for this.
The walk back has begun for the Democrats. It is another reason the GOP should avoid at all costs every effort to fix Obamacare. Let the Democrats suffer through their own handiwork.
If you are still under the impression it was something other than a fight, just listen to this bit of Marx Madness.
