So the next best thing I can do is select the best articles I come across that paint the liberals in their true light. This is a very dangerous time for America. Conservatives need to become more informed and more invovled, because the 47% - yes, I said it - the 47% that Mr. Romney referred to...you know, the ones that pay no income tax are growing larger, faster than anyone may have understood. Food stamp recipients - including 1 in 4 children - have exploded in numbers.
Entitlements are choking the country. Combined with debt service, and little is left for discretionary spending to protect our borders, re-build our infrastructure, and simply improve the lives of citizens. Yes, the Obamaphone recipients are becoming a serious voting block. Anyway, I digress. This article projects an outcome to the gun control frenzy pushed by all liberals, Hollywierds, and mainstream media that conservatives can embrace.
Question for Liberals: How Dumb Can You Get?

I have a request for liberals. Next time you decide to attack a business of any kind, please give me advance notice so I can buy stock in that business. Homosexuals and their liberal supporters decided they would put fast-food giant, Chick-Fil-A, out of business when its CEO made comments in support of traditional marriage. Angered by these comments, homosexual advocacy groups threw down the gauntlet. Liberal mayors tried to pass ordinances harmful to Chick-Fil-A and to deny construction permits for new restaurants in their cities. Protests and “kiss-ins” were planned nationwide as a way to undermine Chick-Fil-A’s business.
The big day arrived, but what actually happened is that Christians and First Amendment supporters—with encouragement from Governor Mike Huckabee—converged on Chick-Fil-A restaurants by the thousands. The protests of homosexuals backfired, and Chick-Fil-A restaurants all across America raked in unprecedented profits. As I watched this phenomenon unfold, the thought that kept popping into my mine was: How dumb can liberals get? Apparently, pretty dumb, but what is even more fascinating is that liberals never seem to learn from their mistakes.
With memories of the Chick-Fil-A defeat still fresh on their minds, one would think that liberals would have learned an obvious lesson. Not! They have now set their sights on taking guns away from law-abiding Americans (they apparently are not concerned about criminals having guns since it is obvious that their proposed responses to gun violence will affect only lawful gun owners). Urged on by the mainstream media, liberals in Congress and the anti-gun lobby have gone into high gear to enact even stricter gun-control laws, laws that make for great political theater and allow insincere liberals to pander to grieving families, but will not work any better than the laws that are already on the books.
As it often does with the poorly thought out, reactionary policies of liberals, the law of unintended consequences has come into play with predictable results: gun sales throughout America are booming. The happiest businessmen in America right now are the owners of gun and ammunition shops. There are now more guns in homes across America than at any time in the history of our country—and that’s a good thing, unless, of course, you are a gun-control liberal. If you fall into that dubious category, I can only ask: How dumb can you get?
I can picture an interesting scenario that might be happening in the board rooms of businesses throughout America right now. Corporate executives are gathering to plot business strategy based on answering one simple question: How can we get the liberals mad at us? Don’t think that leaders in other kinds of businesses failed to notice what happened when liberals attacked Chick-Fil-A and gun shops. Liberal missteps added enormously to the bottom lines of a fast-food chain and gun shops throughout America. Just think how many jobs would be created if Ford Motor Company and other large American companies could find a way to get liberals mad at them. The economy could be turned around in a matter of months.
Liberals shooting themselves in the foot—no pun intended—is amusing to watch, but it would be even more amusing if their misguided, reactionary, pandering policies were not so destructive to America. Unfortunately, the answer to my question to liberals—How dumb can you get?—is this: dumb enough to destroy America.
